She is so kind and attentive - gives great suggestions for hairstyles, explains every step of the way, and is just super easy to chat with. "I booked my appointment with Mei. I originally booked it back in March but SIP happened. I chopped off 14 inches & dyed my hair. Mei had great attention to detail and gave good advice about the style I wanted. I also had an amazing shampoo experience... she gave a good massage. I have received many compliments on the style. Book Mei and give her 5 stars! COVID precautions: temperature taken at the door. She can only take 1 client at a time. All tools are cleaned before hand and masks are required to be worn at all times. She also used one of those ear savers to move the straps away from my ears and to my neck to avoid accidentally cutting off my straps or getting it wet. Such a smart idea!"

The owner and her daughter are fluent in both English and Japanese. They have robes and water and tea as well. Definitely going to come here regularly. Update two months later: My hair is still very straight! I'm absolutely overjoyed that Keiko-san offers this treatment at such an affordable price. I can't wait to come back."
