"Westboro Apartments are in the most perfect location. You are in walking distance to Vanderbilt University and you would never have to fight the traffic to see a Vandy football game. You are also close to amazing restaurants and night life. Westboro has that Nashville charm that many newer buildings lack."

"This building is very old. The windows and doors are very leaky. This will result in very high electricity bills, in winter months I have paid over $200 per month in electricity bill. Also I had sporadic water leaks in my unit from the tenant above me. You will hear everything. If you plan to live here, invest in some earplugs if you want a good night's sleep. They are a must. The walls and windows don't do much to stop noise, and you can hear loud conversations word for word by your upstairs and downstairs neighbors. You will also hear sirens and loud motorcycles nightly. The parking lot is right on the side of the street, and quite small. Often times if you get to your apartment too late at night, or god forbid there is a football game going on, the parking lot will be full. I also go tons of dings and dents on my car just for parking here. I don't think this place is very safe either. There is a bus stop right by the parking lot, and I had to have the police called on a mentally ill person who threatened and charged at me while I was getting out of my car. For what they are charging, you would be better served to live in a newly developed apartment. There are plenty of options to choose from."

"Location, location, location. These are the three words that matter most in real estate. These older apartments are in a most convenient and safe location near Vanderbilt. Check the police records; the only nearby crime involves DUIs on the surrounding streets, unlike much of the rest of the city. There is easy access to the bus lines going downtown which are much cheaper than parking fees. Many restaurants, drug stores and amenities are within walking distance of which we all need to take more advantage to get out and walk."
