"We love this place. The location is great, especially the manager Samantha she’s very good at her job the company is lucky they have her! The worst suffering is the soundproofing!! The tenant at hour upper apartment is clueless about common sense. She walks like a hummer + a dog worst part is in the middle of the night. Since we live here I have a pounding headache and my blood pressure is high I’m having anger and anxiety. Bad soundproofing other than all is great."
"Our family has loved living here. The location, on-site management, and parking garage (that does not assign or limit per household) has made our experience so great! The YMCA, mall, and Hill Center are just across the street. Truly feels like you’re in the heart of the city. The complex is pet friendly and even has multiple duck visitors that you can feed at the creek. Rooms are spacious with nice walk-in closets and extra storage closets throughout. Each room has its own A/C that is controlled with a remote- great for roommates who differ with their eternal thermostats! The only downfall is the noise that can be heard if you live under someone. This is honestly something you will endure with any apartment you live in, but I constantly worry that our toddler is being too noisy! - Offer lots of wine and apologies to your neighbor below."
"I love living here! The property is beautiful and always well maintained. The location is amazing and close to a Kroger, Trader Joe’s and much more. Samantha the property manager is amazing! She is so kind and always responsive to any maintenance request. I’ve lived in multiple apartment complexes the past few years and this is by far the best place I’ve lived."
"Amazing apartment. Great location located behind The Mall at Green Hills. The manager, Samantha, is amazing. Very easy to get into contact with and any issue that you might have is addressed in a timely manner. Much more space than other apartment in the area for the same price, and the apartment is in great condition! Very satisfied with living here."
"I have lived here since August and only had great experiences. We love the location - being able to walk to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, the movies is wonderful! Samantha is incredibly responsive and even plans fun events for residents. Overall, we are very happy there and plan to stay! Also, ladies, the walk in closets are sooo nice!"
