"My apt is nice; however very disappointed with staff - no one answers phone and no way to leave message. Security gate is NEVER closed and propped open with their sign. Before having a guest find out where visitor parking is located (no signs) because they will tow within 3 hours of vehicle being parked outside of undisclosed visitor parking."
"At the request of my attorney I’m posting this review: Views of Music City is owned by IRT Living, who has violated the Landlord Tenant Act & the Consumer Protection Act, as well as violating the lease terms: 1–They threatened me with possible eviction for reporting the drug use & noise of an illegal squatter for 9 months. Rather than stop the unlawful activity & occupation, they instead threatened me for rightfully complaining about it. That is landlord retaliation, & is strictly forbidden by law. My attorneys shut them down swiftly & soundly, but their attorney did not respond to multiple inquiries. The manager who taped the fraudulent notice to my door was eventually fired. 2–They refuse to penalize or evict tenants for rampant obvious drug use. This is unlawful & endangers other tenants health. Even the elevator reeks of drugs. Stating that they can’t smell it in the hallway is not a valid excuse because it’s an open air hallway. That does not change the fact that one can clearly smell it inside the units. They ignore tenants complaints, rather than fulfilling their obligation of keeping all units livable. It’s literally happening right now, like it does every night. The police don’t care either. But IRT is obligated to penalize & evict the offending tenant. 3–They also refuse to penalize or evict tenants who play loud music day & night. Also unlawful & endangers others well being. Using the open air hallway as an excuse is not valid here either, as they have heard the music from inside my unit, as well as audio recordings, & confirmed in person exactly who it was while in my unit, yet they fail to stop it. 4–They grossly overcharge the water bills through the third party billing company Conservice. The water is supplied by Metro Water not Conservice. Yet the water bills for one person have gotten into the 3 figure range. 5–They also overcharge for the valet trash service, which only costs $8 per month according to the owner of the trash company, yet they charge $38 per month. 6–They force us to use Fetch for deliveries, which is a predatory third party service. A driver from Fetch stalked & harassed me, yet IRT did nothing to help me. IRT asked me if a filed a police report. Do they want me to file one, because they would be directly implicated as well. Had to track down the regional manager of Fetch on my own about the problem. Yet IRT still forces us to use it, despite other issues such as damaged or late packages. 7–They prop the security doors to the building open every day which clearly threatens the safety of those who live here. They refuse to close them which defeats the purpose of having security gates at all. 8–Their “office” is a converted storage closet, which grossly violates building codes. 9–They refuse to answer any of their 5 phone numbers during regular business hours & instead force you to wait outside in the freezing open air hallway outside their closet office to talk to them. After waiting for 15 minutes while she chewed someone out on the phone for not being able to pay rent, I left. Eventually they called me back but denied liability for their actions. They don’t always respond to emails either, & if they do, they deny concrete documented facts. 10–I don’t make laws, but I do follow them. They cannot lawfully silence, threaten, or harm me or anyone else in any way. (Also, the review left by Jen B needs to be deleted as that’s literally from the manager here & thusly a direct conflict of interest.) Hopefully they won’t respond to this review with “contact us,” because I already have a million times. This review is not going anywhere, & neither am I. I will not be threatened or silenced or chased out of my home by the unlawful choices of others. The only way this review will be removed is if they solve ALL of the above problems that they’re responsible for resolving asap."
"These apartments are really nice with new appliances . The studios are pretty cool and unique and for the location , it’s busy due to a school across the street but still very nice with Lennox village walking distance. Denise was amazing , she helped me move in as I was moving from another state. Being that I was not local she accommodated for everything I needed , even working on her day off so that I could move in on a Sunday. My neighbors are quiet and nice and I love that the inside is gated ( need key fob to even get in building). My only two cons are the parking is limited and feels like a competition to get a parking spot and lastly not enough space for dogs (but dog park is walking distance) . So far I am absolutely satisfied !"
