"I don’t recommend coming here to this shop she changes her price for eyebrows every single time I come here .I have been going here on and off for over 5 years now and the first time I came she was very nice and did a good job.Her price was $10 for eyebrows then months later she charged me 12 and said it’s because my eyebrows are thick, Which they are not thick at all but I said ok and I continued to go to her. I came back again and she went up to 13. I questioned her and she said again it’s because of the thickness. I stopped going to her for a long time because of her constantly going up on the price, But today I go In because my birthday is coming up and I wanted them to look nice. I didn’t want to try a new place and she tells me It’s $17 in a very rude manner..and then proceeded to say that is just what she charges based on your eyebrows which makes no sense...she acts like she is removing the whole eyebrow I only want a simple eyebrow wax. She acts like she works downtown or something. Her shop is always empty when I go there. She must not want to make money because that is crazy to keep going up on the price when someone always come to support her business. I will never in my lifetime go back here or tell my family or friends to come here. There are way more affordable places to go to and I will be trying out. All the other shops on San Bruno charge 10-12 dollars. I was just trying to stay loyal to one shop."

"I went into her shop to get my eyebrows tattooed. I wanted eyebrows that resembled individual hairs as depicted in a picture in her window. She doesn't know what she is doing. First, the entire procedure should take about an hour. She took about 3 hours on the first visit and the follow up visit took about another hour. The two sides are different. She doesn't use a tattoo needle. She scratches your skin and then rubs the ink into the scratches. She charges $300 bucks cash and on the 2nd visit charges another 10 bucks which should be absorbed into the initial charge. It makes no sense. If you want Beijing opera eyebrows like hers, dark and thick, you can probably get those. If you want natural eyebrows, go to another shop."
