Vertis Green Hills

"Having lived in 4 different downtown apartment complexes, Vertis is a literal breath of fresh air! My husband and I moved in the end of October. The building is gorgeous. Our apartment is spacious and fits our needs perfectly. The concierge team is phenomenal, maintenance is quick to respond to any need that might pop up. I love the more mature demographic that occupies a large portion of the building. Unlike 1200 Broadway where we came from, there is no reefer odor in the elevators or hallways. It was very much focused on 20 and 30 somethings and a totally different vibe. There are three elevators to service Vertis residents. If one goes down, there are two others. There have been elevator issues in the other buildings we've lived in, and I know things will happen, but we have yet to be inconvenienced during our 3 months here. We know all the backroads to avoid Hillsboro Pike, so we have no issues with the location being in busy Green Hills. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Vertis and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, friendly place to live!"

"Look elsewhere. Don't believe the hype. Why pay a premium price to stay in a luxurious place? Comfort and quality? Yes…and for customer service which holds customer experience, reputation, and your repeat business as more important than making a sale? If that’s what you’re looking for at Vertis, look elsewhere. The pool deck sure is nice, but the inability to own up to the faulty quality of their product is worse. Also, according to 6 active residents of Vertis, and an on-site maintenance person, 1 of the 2 primary elevators is broken about half of the time. A new high-rise is coming up just a block away. I suggest you wait until that building is complete. UPDATE: A non-response response from Vertis below. Professional, polite, appreciated, but no substance, or effort to do the right thing. And residents received an email this week saying 1 of the 2 primary elevators will be down for 4 days. This is the norm at Vertis."

"I have lived in a number of apartments over the past 25 years, and Vertis Green Hills is in a class all by itself. From the very first interaction with the front office staff and concierge staff, I was met with warmth, competence, professionalism and proactive care. The apartment is gorgeous, modern, immaculate and brings me joy. The amenities rival 5-star hotels and the management is impeccable. Hosted events are interesting, tasteful and pleasant. I feel the value I receive for my money is exceptional. I would highly recommend Vertis Green Hills to friends and family, which is the ultimate compliment I can provide."

We often work from home, entertain clients and travel. The Vertis fits our lifestyle perfectly! Work from home, or in one of the numerous common areas. Entertain clients and guest right downstairs at Char or True Food. Travel, we’re only 20 minutes from either John Tune or the Nashville Airport! Leaving for a trip? Just lock the door and go, nothing to worry about, they’ll even take care of packages for you. We love living at the Vertis!"
