"I’ve had my hair cut by Joshua a handful of times, each time I’ve been very happy with the result. To put it simply, this is a high-end salon quality cut at a neighborhood barber price. I’ve previously paid 60-100 for a cut like this in SF and Oakland, so making the journey to his shop has always been worth the trip. Joshua has great talent, so this time around I told him to cut my hair however he thought would look good. If you ask for the “stylist’s choice” haircut, Joshua tells me he will cut your hair from what he learns of your personality in conversation and on your general vibe, pulling from his extensive experience and array of styles and techniques – or maybe he’s just joshing me ;) But I let the professional take care of business, and it went exceptionally. Alternatively, if you know what you want, even if you can barely describe it, Joshua has got you covered. Making an appointment has always been a pleasant and easy experience, and have been on schedule. If you’re hungry and have some time to kill, there’s a pizza place next door and a burrito truck across the street. The SFMTA 23 line stops right outside his salon, and the 36 line is across the street. Or it’s a 15-20 minute walk from Glen Park BART station. Or a brief drive off the 280 exit. It's a great haircut!!!"
