"The other day I was walking around the block(am not from this area) searching for any skin care/beauty salon hoping to get a quick facial without an appointment.I entered one and was greeted by two lady that was standing there.I asked if it was possible to have a "simple" facial.One replied,"well there is different kinds".And advised me to make an appointment because at that time when I walked in it was not possible anymore!Anyway I didn't make any appointments.Today I was walking around the same block and noticed a small beauty shop named Urban Beauty skin care.I was wondering if it was open since it was about 6PM.and I didn't see anyone in there while standing there.I decided to ring the bell that was located near the door anyway.To my surprise,a woman appeared from the back & opened the door.(She was almost done with a client & I believe she was her last client)I proceeded to ask the nice woman if it was possible to do a simple facial without having to make any appointments.I was a bit surprised that she helped me anyway at that time.(closing time)I am extremely satisfied with her service.I had 2 big whiteheads that was difficult to remove but she did it for me.My whole face was thoroughly massaged & cleaned.she even gave me a neck massage which I needed so badly.And I noticed that she was in no hurry to finish.She was taking her time to give me a good facial.I am extremely satisfied and just wish i lived closeby her place.Thank you Sandy!"
