"As of 2023 - I've lived happily @ Rolling Hills Apartments for over 13 Yrs, in a 2 bdrm unit! The Landscaping team keep the hillsides & premises tidy and groomed. Building exteriors and Landscaping are updated every few years. Individual apartments are now being completely renovated! Newly vacated units get a fresh coat of Dove Gray paint, Chair Rails and all new Plank Wood look flooring! Jimmy and his maintenance team keep parking and breezeway areas clean weekly, could be daily. They address/repair all concerns within the week, often within the hour. The apartment managers are very helpful and receptive to our needs, gets things done, also fluent in Spanish. They have a Facebook Account so you can leave maintenance requests or other messages at any time of day! The Property's General Mgr, TOMMY manages to be both professional and neighborly! The Rent on their 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Apts are still quite affordable on the lower end of it's competitors for this West Meade/Charlotte Park, West Nashville neighborhood (37209); especially affordable when you consider that it: ☆ INCLUDES Electricity, Water & Gas, ALL Utilities are included in your rent! Rents run from $1300 - $1800 depending on the number of Bedrooms and Baths, 1,2,& 3! If you're lookin for Extras -Try the Clubhouse's Party Room with Wide Screen HDTV, POOL TABLES, WI-FI & SML.GYM! Also on premises, is a Full Laundromat, brand new Playground, Soda Machines, beautiful Rolling hillsides perfect for a Pickup game of Futbol! My favorite spot has to be... The Sparkling Swimming Pool (w separate Kiddy Pool)! Rolling Hills also maintains Grilling areas, a 2nd large safe Playground & a Fenced In Dog Park! Pet's welcome with deposit. (If you still want more from an apt, go ahead, pay $2000/month & move downtown). As for me, the only place I'm going is to The Pool! Meet me there?"

"I like rolling hills light and water included in rent but people who live there are so wasteful the rent goes up to much. I now pay light water gas and rent big apartment and still pay less than at rolling hills. But at rolling hills could have a small garden"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! maintenance does not fix anything takes weeks for them too come and look at something thats messed up… they still do not fix it been having water leaks and black mold problems for a while… yet has been fixed…. If i could rate 0 i would…."

"My fiancé had a back injury and told the office that we would be a week late on rent and they said it was fine as long as we paid the late fees. 2 days later we got an eviction letter on our door and they are trying to sue us for 700$. We have tried to call the maintenance multiple times within the week to come and fix all the leaks we have had and nothing!! Our toilet out of no where over flooded and we called the maintenance and they ended up coming 24 hours later after we used all our towels to clean up all the water and had to fix it our self. Our ceiling has been leaking for 2/3 days now and nobody will come up to fix it. And WERE BEING SUED?"

"For one is very affordable. Secondly, I love the diversity! It's so nice to learn about the different cultures that are around here. My daughter absolutely loves the pool and this place feels super family oriented. I've had the pleasure of using the on-site laundry and it did great, it even can read cards cause who really uses quarters anymore. You just have remember like any washer and dryer you can't over fill it. The apartments are so roomy. So far I love it! I was a little worried about the reveiws before moving in especially the ones pertaining bugs, but I haven't seen any. My apartment was super clown prior to moving in. I couldn't be happier :) and the air had been working amazing for me. Especially with it so hot outside. I like to stay nice and chilled inside"
