"I transferred from a different UDR property, this rental company in general has been one of the best I’ve ever experienced, but as far as this particular property goes Clara is one of the best of the best! She made the transition go super smoothly even when there was a mix up with my first rent payment she made sure I was still able to move in on my scheduled date and has checked in to make sure I’m settling in just fine! Along with all of that she took the time to make a little housewarming gift bag for me on move in day! I’m only a week in to my lease here but I can already tell this is a wonderful place to call home!"

"My experience with Legacy hills has been great. I lived here for a year and now relocating because of work. The maintenance staff is so quick and efficient in addressing your needs in less than 24hrs. Clara in the main office is really friendly and makes you feel at home by listening and addressing any questions/concerns you may have. The Smart app works promptly. With the smart door lock system, I never had to worry about taking and then eventually forgetting my door keys and locking myself out, which I have often done in the past ;) Overall, I highly recommend this complex!"
