"I had a lease with pine street until 8/27 this year. For starters, the bathroom in my apartment was riddled with mold in the toilet, shower, shower drain, bathroom sink. If you tried to fill up the bathtub, black mold flecks would be in the water. Endless scrubbing of the toilet would not rid of the mold that lives inside it. Dog run lacks a safe entrance from inside the building. Package theft was common. During my lease, there were also some issues with parking tickets issued because the scanner for the garage did not pick up our entry tag. When I sent them to the office, they were accommodating and reached out to their parking ticket rep to have them removed because I guess this is a common occurrence. Well flash forward to now, I have moved out but received a ticket on august 6th & 7th. I reached out to them to have it removed with no answer. I’ve followed up to that email twice now with no response. I left a voicemail explaining that we’d appreciate a response and were concerned the fees would go up as we’ve been notified of the ticket 3 times since since sending to the leasing office. All this to say, we’d like a response and proof this has been taking care of."

"Living at Pine st Flats has been great. I was afraid of the possibility of it being noisy but it’s so nice and quiet in the apartments. The gym is also a great attribute!"

"I’m here for CMA fest with my family in one of the units as an Airbnb. Our hosts are very kind and the location is great relative to downtown (as a young athletic person, it’s quick to get where I want to be but not so quick for my dear mom). I digress. Anyway, building is nice and the amenities are sweet. It’s a super large building with 1 elevator that happens to be a good quarter mile from to our room. It’s comically long lol. Insulation is really poor: we can hear everyone above us which is to be expected but for the price to lease I expected more. We’re also on a higher up floor and the street below is very loud. I feel like I’m on the peddle drinking bike with the group cruising by now. I do want to qualify this and say I live in south philadelphia on the second floor of a building that sees TONS of traffic and ATV noise so I know and am used to loudness. I think with this building being as awesome and expensive as it is I was expecting a little more peace (and nicer cabinets). Still this feels like a decent place to live if you’re young, fun, and out and about often."

"It's a little rowdy. The picture i posted shows the maintenance guy having to fish chairs and tables that were thrown into the pool after a regular party. If you are into that scene, great, but that should not be ok in a "luxury" apartment complex. The lobby is decent enough, but the gym is a little underwhelming. Also, for such a new building, there are already some red flag maintenance issues. Exit signs are crooked or falling from the ceiling, stairway doors stick, etc. It seems like a good place for 25 year old tenants who don't grasp what nice is, and unfortunately, they also don't understand how to keep it in prime condition. It is a decent location in an up-and-coming neighborhood."
