"Update: the team fixed the isolated issue and was able to get me in immediately. I was also late on my appointment due to traffic and they still accommodated me. Thank you. ———————- I inquired and had a checkup for Invisalign treatment on the first week of October 2023. On the same day, I paid half of the treatment cost, and they said the aligners are gonna come in 3 to 4 weeks time and they are going to call me in for appointment. Come first week of November I haven't received their call yet until I call them myself to learn that the aligners arrived and no one informed me. The worst part is there would be no available appointment until first week of December. I'm not sure I find it reasonable to have 2 months waiting time just to get me in after paying half the cost. The aligner is already there. I don't feel taken cared of as a patient."
