"my friend and i went to this salon and our first thought stepping into the building was that it was very small and pretty loud. i picked out my colors and designs and told the nail artist, but she said no, that for some reason they couldn’t even thought it was very simple. i picked out a pink, white and nude color for the base, the white french tip, and the pink for a heart on the main part of the nail, but she used the pink for the base instead of the nude color which i thought was really weird. she just put away the nude polish and then started on my french tips. they were extremely uneven and she didn’t get the edges and honestly, as someone who is not great at painting my nails, it looked like something i could do at home. she was talking to me about something while my nails were drying, but over her mask, the fans, and the music i could barely tell what she was saying so it was pretty awkward when she said to remember what she told me. my friend on the other hand showed her nail stylist the design she wanted and instead got a very simple version. she wanted a design of pink, white, pink, white, very simple, but received pink, pink, white, pink, white, pink, white white. not matching and disappointing, not similar to the other hand at all. her stylist was extremely fast and didn’t really ask her if that was the design she wanted. the whole thing took a very long time. we wanted acrylics that day and they said they were too busy even though no one was there, so that was also disappointing."

"I’ve been a loyal customer for 9 years, but as of today, I will not be going back ever again. My friends got me a generous gift card for a mani + pedi with gratuity included. I decided to bring my daughter along which was fun until I was cornered for only tipping for my daughter’s mani + pedi. I was very uncomfortable and tried to reason with the nail technician to no avail. She wanted me to pay a tip for our total (2x mani and 2x pedi). My gift card was completely seperate from this transaction! After going back and forth I threw in the towel (paid a total of $30 for tip) and left immediately with my 9 year old. Do not buy a gift card here! I am giving everyone a heads up because I felt uncomfortable and cornered in front of my child. The gain here for them was $0 in the end, since the money I would spend and the gratuity I would have given negates the gratuity she insisted on. Good luck, paradise nails!"

"my nails look okay, but way expensive for a $90 regular manipedi. the feet rub was disinteresting, and my right pinki nail was cut too close to the quick and is throbbing 3 days later. recommend to never come."

"my nails look horrible. they were 80 dollars even though before my appointment she said they would be 65. It 2 hours for my nails to be done. to top things off, when i went to tip her, she crossed out the number and added more money. never going again. and i recommend to never come."

"I've been going here on and off for the last year, mainly for the convenience. Customer service has always been poor, especially today. I was charged $45 for a gel manicure that was probably the worst manicure I've ever had, when I asked them to re-do one nail they were annoyed. I was also told not to complain about the color and that's the one I had to stick with. They always pressure you to add more services to what you actually need and give you feedback if you don't give them more than a 20% gratuity (even with a bad service)"
