"This is the 1st time I've been there. I was excited because it's so close to my house and most convenient. I'm literally speechless and I thought they were kidding when they said they were done. I wanted to have my gel manicure and pedicure removed and no other polish put on. I've done that a million times at a million salons and never have I walked out of a nail salon looking like I peeled the polish off myself. Downtown getting it fixed right now. They couldn't believe it either. Yes....I gave them the opportunity to make it right....they were so rude in response."

"Gone way down since Sophie left. Been going here for 15-20 years. The service has gone downhill. Pedicures are now 20 minutes- no personal attention, polishes are all old and appointments: totally disregarded. Make on for 12:30 , show up at 12:25 and they are starting on some one else. Made an appointment with Chelsea today and was given another pets. no explanation nothing. Any recommendations for a great nail salon in San Anselmo because this one is no good anymore."
