"I’ve come here a total of three times to give this place a chance. Today I drove over an hour for an appointment and when I arrived they said they couldn’t take me even though I confirmed over the phone. Complete waste of time, gas, and a lack of respect. I believe they did this because I had issues with my last gel x set. I came in on the 18th and by the 24th multiple nails had broken. I called and they acted like it was “almost two weeks” and it was normal but it was under a week. They set an appt to fix the broken nails for a few days later. They said they could see me monday. So today, sunday, I called without saying who I was and suddenly they had an appt for a set. I showed up, the lady recognized me and immediately said sorry we can’t take you. She said “the lady on the phone thought you mean a full set” — I know her voice, she was the woman on the phone and confirmed “gel x”. So sad. At this point i’m honestly disgusted in how the manager, the one who writes down the appointments, handled this. And I hate to write this because the younger woman who does gel x here is so kind and respectful. She should honestly take her talents elsewhere. Definitely debating taking this to social media because that was so rude to my time."

"Messy manicure and pedicure. Didn’t listen to what I wanted. When nails were done, my cuticles were bleeding , nails were all different shapes and uneven, Polish left in nail crevices. The salon was freezing cold inside. Not luxurious as in description. I rarely spend money on myself like this and for $70+ I feel disappointed and I definitely wasted my money. I never write reviews but want you to know not to believe the glowing descriptions of Fusion Nails and Beauty spa."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating on the phone and at the salon. They had a nice selection of polish colors, but I brought my own. They did a great job with the polish application and the pricing was what I would expect. The salon is clean and tidy. I plan to return!"
