"If I could simply quote the other ratings with ONE star! Unbelievable how little they care for the people waiting, for they give no reminder nor acknowledgement of how long the wait is. To leave someone waiting for 1 hour with no word whatsoever simply proves the lack of profesionalism. Of course, it is understandable that it is better to schedule an appoinment ahead of time, but at least salute and acknowledge people that are sitting and patiently waiting."
