"I had a mixed experience at Summit Dental. While Angie provided fantastic customer service and tried her best to be helpful, I can't say the same for Melinda. Unfortunately, my interaction with Melinda was far from satisfactory. It seemed like she was intentionally making things more difficult and was not willing to assist. On top of this, she cut me off multiple times to talk over me on the phone. This inconsistency in customer service can be quite frustrating and influenced my decision to cancel my new patient and cleaning appointments for both my husband and I at Summit Dental."
