"I have been coming here for over 15 years. I think the staff is great. I love Alice and May, they have both been cutting, coloring and styling my hair for years. They do a great job. I have missed my haircuts and my styles because of the pandemic. They follow the guidelines set by the state to open and CDC, I am glad they are back to being open. Saw their sign, enter at your own risk, thought it was hilarious. But I know they regard safety as a high concern. Glad you guys are open again. I highly recommend this salon for your needs."

"When I arrived they asked me to sign-in and wait. I waited at the door standing because I was sitting driving a majority of the time about 11.5 hour shift on patrol. I waited for about 30 minutes for the lady in the first chair to the right, who let a person cut in front of me as I'm walking towards her chair when it was available and then she said "OH, I THINK THEY CAME SAME TIME AS YOU". My 30 minute WAIT VS THE PARTY of 3 that had just arrived 2 minutes ago. WHY have a sign-in Sheet if you DON'T follow it. Rude, Unprofessional, no sense of good customer service. She did NOT bother to Apologize or Look at her sign-in sheet, just said "YOU'LL BE NEXT" assuming another 30 minute wait, unless she lets another person cut in line. So I left. DO NOT GO HERE to Salon21 in Galt, CA. Waste of time and Money. Would Rate NO Star, does not deserve a One Star rating, but Lucky for them the app does not give an option. Placing this comment on Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, and Google."
