"My wife Started going here about a year ago and the service "was Great", About 4 months ago things started going down hill. The last two times when she went to her appointment , the first time she was told "she didn't have an appointment". The next time He said "she was late". This month she made a phone appointment and I was present to verify it. The next day she went in 30 minutes early, when she walked through the door, he said "what are you doing here today", she said "I'm here for my appointment. He said "you don't have one" ....... There was a walk in customer in the chair that he was working on who said "..Jimmy go ahead ... i can wait", He said "no she didn't have an appointment..". This did not go over well with my wife, so she insisted he look on his calendar .... and sure enough there was an appointment scheduled ..... he said "i guess you did", by this time my wife was so upset, she was in tears because of his attitude, so she just turned and walked out...... Needless to say when she walked through the door at our home in tears i was not happy, but she insisted i just let it go. He has not called to apologize or try to make things right and That's why I'm writing this Negative review. Beware"
"Jimmy did an amazing job! I was do nervous after the last place I went to messed up my nails. I asked him for an ombre style of nail and showed a Pinterest picture just different colors and he did fantastic!"
