"It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment to have a tooth removed that was a problem, then on the day of my appointment they said the oral surgeon would be available an hour and a half before my appointment and that he would not be able to make my appointment. So I waited 2 weeks for nothing because an appointment is worthless to have unless you show up. Disgraceful!!!"

"I am not returning to this dentist. Dr. Jason Lee was my dentist and I wasn't impressed with his maturity or professionalism. I came in to establish with him as a dentist, to include Xray and a cleaning (and maybe a deep cleaning). The hygienist who measured my gum pockets said they had improved since an exam three months ago, stated some measurements had gone down, and recommended a cleaning for two to three out of four quadrants. Lee walks in, barely greets me or introduces himself, and grunts after looking briefly at the screen, "you're here for gum issues?" Doesn't ask me any questions, explain what the appointment would entail - these are the first words out of his mouth. He measures my gum pockets again, says they are deeper than his hygienist stated (calling her "conservative") and said we should clean all 4 quadrants. When I asked for the reasons he was inconsistent with his hygienist, he said bacteria could jump around in my mouth (mind, you these are pockets against my teeth). Dentists and hygienists should be consistent in their advice or tell their hygientists to refrain from giving advice. The difference in assessments made Lee look unprofessional and his staff incompetent and like he didn't trust the judgment of his hygienist. Get it together in front of patients. When they tried to schedule me for a follow up cleaning, they would only schedule me for a cleaning that was maintenance for my deep cleaning and not the general cleaning everyone gets on a yearly or biyeearly basis. Surprise, this one costs me out of pocket and I was not given a choice of whether to just get a regular cleaning going forward. Mind you, my pockets were not extraordinary. I wasn't given any real explanation for it and I was told by the front clerk "I shouldn't worry about such things when it comes to my oral health." Wow, really? People care about unnecessary costs. What a racket. Steer clear of this office."
