"This place is seriously lacking in every aspect. It takes MONTHS to be seen or make an appointment. The days and hours they're open are terrible. I had an appointment for almost FOUR months, they call me the day before to tell me if I don't pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning, (that I don't need since I already had a cleaning with them 4 months ago and the insurance wouldn't approve it because it wasn't necessary) $1500 out of pocket that they won't continue with my procedures which my insurance actually covers. No one ever mentioned this until the day before my appointment after waiting FOUR months to be seen! It's unbelievable and kind of disgusting to treat patients this way. They clearly only want money and are not helpful when it comes to seeing Medi-cal patients. I would like to figure out how to make a formal complaint about them."

"This is one of the most annoying places ever. After over a year of getting my husband a simple implant and charging him for services that through my employer is covered, the implant looks horrible. They charged us way more money than they should have and everytime I would call regarding this, no one would call back. I decided to take my kids in for their annual. (this should be simple enough I thought) The rude dentist told me that my daughters tooth was causing her extreme pain and it needed a root canal and a silver cap but he could not do it so he would refer us to a pediatric dentist and that they would send us a letter in the mail with the referral. A month went by, no letter. I call, no answer, I call a total of 6 times, leaving messages every time.. no answer and no phone call back. Finally after my last nasty message, they call me and say that the woman who did the referrals is no longer with them and they will get my referral asap. (keep in mind my daughter is and was never in any pain at all) a month goes by and this pediatric dentist finally calls me and says they don't take our insurance. Now... Fonda Webbers office should have checked my insurance prior to pushing my daughter off onto a dentist who does not take our insurance. We are currently looking for another dentist. This is horrible that I have insurance through my employer and we get this third world country treatment."

"2 months ago they change our appointment an we needed to be seen. ended up at the er jus to get antibiotics. then they change our appointment again and call us an tell us if we are late they are going to reschedule us. we were 3 minutes late. these people were not helpful at all and my husband took time off work jus to be turned away for the 3rd time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"My children were assigned to this dentist after another lovely dental experience facilitated by the lovely folks at Access Dental Managed Care. I've called the number on my card on three different days at three different times over the course of the last two weeks, and have left messages to request an appointment by selecting option '1', as the phone goes to a voicemail system. I've left three detailed messages w/contact info requesting appointments. No one has ever returned my call. I even tried selecting the option for billing and this is a recording, too. Access Dental has attempted to contact them on my behalf, with no response. We are now on to our 3rd dentist."
