"I changed this to 4 stars because of them dropping Delta dental PPO. I understand Delta dental may not pay you what you’re worth but most of us don’t get paid what we are worth…after the long time customers who have been loyal and faithful to you and your practice it’s beyond upsetting that you can drop us…I thought we were part of your family, so to be dropped just really hurts. Trying to find a new Dentist has not been a great experience because of the trust I have with Dr. Chang, whom is truly the greatest dentist I have been to and I wish the insurance would pay him so he didn’t drop us. If he accepts your insurance and you can afford him don’t hesitate, he is the best. I wish I could have stayed with him. Maybe one day I will be able to return. I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Chang and his team! I have been under his care for over 10 years and have never once been disappointed with the care I have received. When I lost my medical coverage Dr. Chang went above and beyond by checking my blood pressure, talking to me about other health concers I had, and let me know that he was here if I had any questions in the future. He has always insisted that we are one big family and it showed then, and continues to show everytime I see him. Dr. Chang was concerned with my teeth grinding and recommended a night guard for me. I didn’t initially go for it because of some personal financial issues.He felt it was so necessary for my health that he took it apon himself to come up with a plan so I could get one,because he cares and wanted to work with me. Today I walked out with my new night guard! I couldn’t thank him enough and all he could say was, “Thank you for staying with us all these years.” I struggled going to a Dentist for years but I have never once felt nervous since I started coming here over 10 years ago. Even though I probably pass 100 dental offices each time I go to see him I will never leave his practice. No words would be able to express my extreme gratitude for all he has done for me! He is not just a 5 star dentist he is a 5 star person!!!!"

"Have been going to Dr. Chang off and on for over 20 years. He is one of the best! You cannot go wrong with him. The only reason why we went somewhere else over the 20 years was that our insurance had changed and his service were no longer covered otherwise we never would have left and as our coverage has changed we are gratefully back with him."

"Dr. Chang and his entire staff are some of the nicest most professional people we know. Dr. Chang and his staff have been taking care of our families dental needs for several years and we are so very thankful.The kindness and friendliness of everyone here is an example of how we should all be every day. "Staff is supper friendly and helpful. Doctor Chang is really honest, makes you feel welcomed, listens to you and gives you realistic options. Mercedes took my x rays and was really gentle and really makes you feel like you are family. If you are not happy with your current Dentist please go see Doctor Chang!!"

"Finally found a dentist I can trust! Dr. Chang was very thorough in asking what my goal was and in outlining a plan for me to reach that goal. Other dentists were not as helpful and I tried three others in the five years we have lived in Roseville. I agree with the many other reviews posted on Nextdoor about his patience, gentleness, and knowledge along with his staff being friendly and helpful too!! I’m here for the long haul :)"
