"Im really surprised by the reviews. Firstly their receptionist and assistant is a sweet heart! I didnt get her name but she was so nice! And the dentist was very gentle with me, I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth out but he reassured me it was quick and it really was! I felt he explained well letting me know there was pressure coming and it’s okay, to let them know if I left any pain. I did feel a pinch but nothing awful! I was so glad to be in and out and over all I would recommend them a thousand times for wisdom teeth removal"

"I found the dentist on my delta dental PPO website. I had a cracked tooth and needed a root canal and crown. I have very good coverage on my delta dental. They said my coverage won’’t cover this I will need to pay more out of pocket, I explained to him that I had a $2000 limit. I had to show them on my phone. Then they told me my co pay would be around $600. I thought it was high. The doctor told me that my coverage for the root canel I have to pay 20% and for the crown I would have to pay 40%. I contacted delta dental and my coverage covers for root canal 90% I would have to pay only 10% and for the crown they cover 80% and I have to pay the 20%. I called them to advise them and all they said is the computer tells them different. They would have over charged me 30% of the total treatment. I saw the reviews and ignored them because it was close to my work. Never again. I canceled any work going to be done and reported them to delta dental on how they were trying to overcharge me additional 30%. They are in the delta dental network,"

"My daughter had two root treatments and crowns done at this dentist. Now one crown has been loosened twice, the edge of the crown is broken and needs to be redone, and the root of the other tooth is swollen and inflamed. (This is a written diagnosis from another doctor, not something I say lightly). But when my daughter went to ask him to examine and issue a doctor's report, the black-hearted man said that he thought there was no problem! We have asked two different doctors to check, and both confirmed that my daughter's dental crown needs to be repaired, but Christopher said no problem in order to get rid of the responsibility! He is seriously lacking in professional skills and professional ethics, and is very rude and unreasonable. I strongly advise you not to go to this doctor!"

"Dr. Chae is Rude and rough with procedures. Doesn't explain why he can't do the work that other dentist say he should be fixing. Please don't choose him. You will wish you didn't."

"Most traumatic dentist experience I’ve ever had. I’m 21 years old and have always been scared of the dentist but he put my fear at a whole new level when he was doing my root canal he was extremely rough and was forcing his whole fist in my mouth. I was crying and shaking while squeezing my boyfriends hand because I was terrified. And because of how aggressive he was, I left with a stretched out/rubbed raw lip and cheek. He refused to explain the procedure and was extremely rude throughout the entire visit. Would NOT recommend anyone go to this dentist. You’re better off with someone else."
