"This place is not trustworthy. I called them to get an emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth and I was told that they had availability and could see me that morning. When I arrived I was seated with a dental technician who took x-rays. Then a dentist came in and performed a routine intake examination. When he was done with that he told me that their oral surgeon would be there in two weeks and that before I could see the portal surgeon I would need to meet with their orthodontist to discuss how my wisdom tooth extraction might affect my other teeth. I had to wait an hour and a half to see the orthodontist for five minutes and we were both confused as to why. Then when I showed up for my second appointment two weeks later, they had no chairs available and I would have to wait another 4 weeks to see the oral surgeon. Then they called me and told me I owed them $200 for seeing the orthodontist. All these guys care about are pushing billing codes out to insurance companies with a thin veil of compassion. I feel like I've been greatly taken advantage of and I cannot trust them now. Very disappointing."

She didn’t even cry! All do to the assistant Betty was so informative and relaxed, She kept my daughter cool, calm, and collected the whole time and procedure went as planned.
