Camden Grove

"Camden Grove was my home for 4 years. I moved out because I thought I was relocating to another state. When I decided to stay in town I started touring other another apartments in the area. I couldn't find anything compared to what Camden Grove offered me for the amount of rent the others were asking for. Camden Grove has spacious bedrooms with big walk in closets. The bathrooms are wonderful with a walk in shower and spa tub not to mention the 2 car garage. It might not be as modern as the others but for me the difference in the money to get stainless steel appliances and ceiling fans along with small closets and NO garage was not worth me paying an additional $600. Also I do appreciate when I have an issue with maintenance it is fixed in a timely manner. Needless to say I came right back to Camden Grove to live a week ago."

"Camden grove is very reasonably price for the space you're getting with a 2 car garage. (ATTACHED to your apartment). with that a peace of mind came with it due to never having to worry about car break ins. Jenifer and the rest of the front staff are very friendly and approachable. Whenever I had issues with my unit they made sure it was handled in a timely manner. The maintenance workers have always arrived on time and are very friendly. my "block" was extremely friendly and quiet. I never had any issues with neighbors or anything being a bit loud. I've had nothing but a positive experience with the complex and would recommend if you're just moving into Shelby county or moving from another apartment complex."

"Waited a couple days for a tour & the second my girlfriend & i walk into the office to try to your a couple of places, she asked for ID, which is no problem but my girlfriend did not have hers on here so they said it’d be best to just apply with a tour. so i immediately turned around, & left them slum lords to figure it out their selves."

"Camden Grove is no place you would want to live. The dogs barking all time of night, large potholes in in the street, tenants washing cars in their garage making very loud noise, even had a shooting recently. Cars parked on both sides of the street making it difficult to pass through. The Property Manager is rude and does not care about the tenants. Anyone can move in no more screening tenants. Don't even think you will get your deposit back when you leave, no matter what condition your unit is in they just want money. The carpet was supposed to have a 10-year life span, but after 3-years and carpet in very good condition, I was charged $260 to replace the carpet and $14.94 for Champion Utility a bill I had already paid and even though I moved out a month before my lease was up, I paid for that month but that's how they did me."
