"First I would like to thank Diamond and Mrs. Lisa for being such great and professional property managers. They do their best to help in anyway possible if they can and if not point you in the direction of who can. These are not they apartments they just managed them they can only do so much and that's what they do. Maintance they are OK I haven't had any problems with them. Any issues Diamond is a email away always with a fast response. I love it here"

"I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concerns and frustrations regarding the management and maintenance of the apartments. Please note that I do not require a response, but I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention. Firstly, I have observed instances where maintenance personnel have demonstrated unprofessional behavior. Specifically, one individual was attempting to engage with underage girls while conducting apartment inspections, and another was involved in the sale of illegal substances to high school students. I possess evidence supporting these claims. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that the condition of the units does not align with the advertised "new" status. It appears that the management has resorted to concealing mistakes and imperfections through the use of paint and sticky tiles. Additionally, the management has increased the rent for both old and new units, despite being aware that the older units pose health hazards. In my personal experience, the unit I was provided with had numerous maintenance issues. The stove, sink, and air conditioning were all broken upon move-in. Despite submitting maintenance requests for an entire year, there has been no resolution. Furthermore, there is a prevalent issue of mold throughout the house, which was not addressed prior to the unit being sold. To my surprise, there were belongings left behind by the previous tenant, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and preparation. Lastly, I wish to address the matter of wrongful towing of vehicles within the apartment premises. A notice was distributed to residents, stating that they had three days from September 28, 2023, to address any parking violations. However, it has come to my attention that the documented date on the notice was September 22, 2023. It appears that stickers were placed and vehicles were tagged after being towed, which is a violation of the law. Please be aware that legal action may be taken in response to these actions."

"Please save your money management is piss poor!!! The maintenance can’t be trusted when I first got over here one of the guys was trying to talk to underage girls while checking about the apartments and another was selling weed to high schoolers and I have proof of that. The units are not NEW THEY ARE HIDING THEIR MISTAKES AND IMPERFECTIONS WITH PAINT AND STICKY TILES. They raise the rent on the old and new units knowing the old ones are health hazards. They gave us a unit with a broken stove, broken sink, and broken air conditioning. HERES THE KICKER FOR A YEAR WE HAVE BEEN PUTTING IN REQUEST WITH NO RESULTS. It’s mold all in the house they still sold the unit. MATTER OR FACT WE HAD STUFF IN THE UNIT FROM THE PREVIOUS RENTER BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GO IN AND CLEAN THE UNIT. The reason I’m even typing this is because they wrongfully had cars towed all through out the apartments. They put a notice on people’s doors letting them know they had 3 days from 9/28/23 and that’s the exact date they started towing cars. Cool except the day they had documented was 9/22/23. They kept the stickers and tagged them after they were towed. Which is against the law and what they don’t know is they’re about to get served papers."

"Do not look at the old reviews because they are very outdated! Mrs. Lisa (property manager) & Diamond (leasing assistant) are amazing at their jobs! They are always on top of the game, whether the issue is big or small. We have been staying here over a year & no major issues have happened. The maintenance staff is also attentive and quick as well. The neighbors are great as well & everyone pretty much stays to themselves."

"Hedgerow is hands down the best place I’ve ever rented from!…Ms.Diamond and Ms.Lisa both needs to teach a class to other leasing agencies on exceptional customer service!….this is the first place I’ve lived in that my entire family was pleased. I can truly call my place of residencey home. My family and I will not be moving out until it’s time to purchase a house.❤️"
