"This pain center has been amazing to me throughout the past 15yrs I have been a patient with them. Their PA Wendy Houseright is so precious and has such empathy for her patients. When I lost my mother and brother both in the same year she and the rest of the staff especially Joy, Sabrina, and the office manager Barbara offered so much kindness and support that you just don't find at most other places. Joy toes the drug screens and pill counts and has always had great advice and support for me as I have endured many healt battles and struggles. Sabrina is so friendly at the front dest and she is always smiling. There is another nurse who is in the room who is putting the information in the computer and she is always willing to listen or offer advice. Barbara is the office manager and she is always on top of anything that needs handled in the office. She's very professional but is supportive and friendly as well. All together, this pain center is one I would and do refer my family, friends, and anyone else who needs their chronic pain managed. I will add this though, if you are planning on going here based on this review, please make sure you are planning to follow the rules because they will find the ones who are truly there for the wrong reasons and stop them from coming there anymore. If you are doing what you're supposed to, this is the perfect clinic for you!"

"They don't take insurance at all but want you to pay for their "Family Concierge" program for between $65 to $170 per month and has copay charges. I am in desperate need of a doctor because I haven't had insurance in almost 7 years and I'm suffering with chronic issues that are completely untreated at the moment. I have just received insurance through my husband's work and am looking for a doctor."

"The staff is always very friendly they are welcoming the lobby is always decorated very nice they have a TV for entertainment the women at the front desk are so sweet and helpful they always have a smile on their face they always compliment me I really like the atmosphere Update I still go here I e been going for 5 years the care is still the best the people are like family to me they treat patients like humans and are so caring it's already hard having medical issues and constant pain but they treat you like a human"

"They truly are the best. They take the time to talk to you and answer any questions that you have. They also take the time to get to know you & explain everything you need. They truly do care about their patients and it shows. Everyone in the office makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. They feel like extended family and have listened to every good and sad news I have shared with them. They have cared about my feelings and have gone beyond to make me feel better both physically and emotionally."

"I am a former patient of 5 years, until April of this year. My reasons for leaving were purely financial. I was at a point to where it was pay rent or go to the doctor, regardless of the pain. I find myself now looking for a clinic and comparing reviews. I am shocked that there is even one bad reviews of TNPC. I was treated with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and respect from day one. Alot of the staff became like extended family members. I had shared alot of experiences with them in 5 yrs. Births of grandchildren, most recently the death of my father. My appointment just happened to be within a week of his passing. The empathy and compassion I was shown are unmatched. I appreciate everything they did for me. They made life much easier to live, as I am on my feet 12 plus hrs a day. And now am completely miserable. I would reccomend them to anyone. They have an amazing staff. You won't be disappointed."
