"Don’t rent here. It’s impossible to get in contact with the front for questions about anything. Paying rent is literally the most confusing thing. First it was click pay now it’s flex pay and on flex pay is telling me I live in a different building and unit. I’ve been trying to get into contact with the front but no one answers or calls back. I work over night into the morning so when I get home it’s hard to do anything. This apartment facility is the worst. Don’t do it even if the rent is cheap find somewhere else!!!"

"My garbage disposal wasn’t working properly and I ended up getting Emmanuel as the maintenance person to fix it. He was so nice and friendly! He identified the problem and fixed my garbage disposal in less than 60 seconds… I kid you not. This is the 2nd time he’s came out to fix something with my unit and any time I see him I know he’s gone get the job done. Great guy and great service."

"DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT come to live here. They have people paying for pest control but pest control never comes. I have friends who live here, they are having problems with big flying roaches. The management are so cruel, that they're sending the sheriff to people doors to put them out of their apartment even if they're a couple of days late on rent. I saw them do this right before Christmas. These people care nothing about their tenants and only about the money. People are still complaining about mildew issues as well in their apartment. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about living here. The apartments are over priced.My friends say they can't wait until their lease is up. Do better by your tenants Westminster Management!"

"Absolutely the worst. Lived here for a year and with these conditions I might as well of lived in Memphis and payed less than these prices. Mold, bugs, no maintenance, the staff drive around on their golf carts all day doing nothing. The original key they gave us didn’t even go to our door, and we had to wait a week just to get a key. Our ceiling fan fell out TWICE, “fixed” the first time and just left for us to deal with the second. Our sink leaked the entire time we were here, had to put buckets to catch the water. Microwave broke and they brought us a dirty microwave from another unit with leftover food in it. The kitchen light stopped working and they kept making excuses to not fix it. Air conditioning was broke for almost 4 months, inside the apartment would get up to 90.° We had to install our own window unit because of it. During the summer our window fell out of the wall, and was never fixed. Mosquitoes were tearing all of us up. When I was 9 months pregnant a maintenance guy had the nerve to ask for my number when my boyfriend wasn’t home. A pregnant lady fell through the second story floor and they not only EVICTED her and her family, but threw all their stuff outside. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s terrible. They replaced the office staff and owners 3 times while we lived there and it never got better. Trash everywhere and gunshots at night too. Just a horrible place altogether."

"Southaven Pointe is on Point! I moved in last year and just renewed my lease with Janna who’s amazing and took care of everything. Ever since Westminster took over the property I’ve seen amazing changes from remodeling my entire apartment to replacing all of the A/C units, brand new gym and a nice pool. Dominique the Assistant Manager is by far one of the best Apartment Managers I’ve ever meet she is a sweet heart and always goes above and beyond to make to make me feel at home. Seriously the entire staff is amazing the new Manager Jessica is fantastic she doesn’t let anything slide and her concern is 100% for the welfare of her residents. Any time there is a maintenance issue Jessica and Dominique are on top of it. Don’t let me forget about Maintenance these guys don’t stop working until the job is done. Quinton especially goes out of his way to make sure everything is good to go. I won’t be going anywhere anytime soon."
