"They’ll have you waiting over forty minutes in the waiting area and another in the room and all for a basic cleaning. Last I was there with my son they took all day.Children do not sit well w that much wait and when they finally decided to do the work I postponed thank God I’ve since found an actually decent option for him bc that was ridiculous! It’s hard to trust ppl this comfortable w doing and it’s not even bc they’re busy at all bc that time it wasn’t! Probably not Dr Aguilar I’ve heard great things about him but definitely not worth the wait. Front staff were also gossipers trying to pin how they may know me and who I’m related to; that’s Woodland for ya."

"Man, I normally come to this place to get my fillings and my teeth cleaned. I’ve always had a good experience with the people and Dr. Aguilar. Dr. Aguilar is very gentle with the teeth and always checks on his patients. Which I appreciate because that’s quality service, but yesterday was a horrible experience. I had a different Dr checked on my teeth. I don’t remember his name. I’m always open to new Dr’s to check on my teeth because you never know, maybe they will do a great job. Big mistake ever! He was very very aggressive when he checked on my teeth. It felt like I was just a number to him. He wasn’t very greeting or interactive with me in any kind of way. You know the saying “ quality is better than quantity”. He seemed to care more about quantity than quality. He didn’t check his work correctly. He seemed like he was in a rush and he was just trying to get me out. Which makes no sense since he offered to do my filling that same day. If he didn’t have the time then he could have just set up a time when could have done the filling. Then he did a cleaning on my teeth and he hurt me sooooo bad. My appointment was at 9:30 I left at 12:30. It’s not bad because he did do a filling the day of when that wasn’t even the plan. So time wise I think that’s reasonable. The reason why I say he doesn’t check his work is because at night when I was flossing the filling. I realized that I wasn’t able to put the floss in between my teeth! Do you know how frustrating that is. To go through so much pain and for what!? For him not to do his work right? I was so over it. I will be calling today so someone can fix my teeth. I hope this helps someone because I don’t want anyone to go through this type of pain. The dentist isn’t fun but man it’s worse when someone just treats you like a number and not like a patient."

"Wont be back here. My sons Appointment was at 12pm on a friday. 3 people ahead of him had same appointment time. 145pm still not seen by The dentist. By 2:05 i walked out and they better now charge my insurance. Was never even seen. Unprofessional place"

"Like the dentist very much but the women who work the front desk i have no words for them. They always mess up my appointment. Took a day off for my "appointment" I scheduled over the phone a week ago went in and all I got was your not found on today's schedule. I asked how do you mess up a scheduled appointment all the lady said was I have no idea but I'm sorry we can't see you without a appointment. I told them guess you will be losing a few customers. This is also the second time it's happened to me. 1st time I got lucky and they had a cancelation. Beyond upset. Definitely going somewhere else."

"I took my son to Dr. Aguilar's office because we have Healthy Families insurance. Our first trip there did not impress me as everyone in the office spoke Spanish to each other all the time. I think we were the only English speakers in there. When the Dr. actually saw my son he says "Oh he's a big boy" and "Why is here?" He had his check up and needs some work done. I was never contacted by their office to say they had gotten the authorizations back, I had to call them. We went in today to get his work done and his appointment was at 2:00. We were seated but at 2:45 the Dr. still hadn't been in yet. While we are sitting there waiting there is some screaming going on in the back room. I have to go to the front desk to find out when we will be seen. She comes back and says we are up next, but don't know how long it will be. My son is still in the chair waiting to get his cavities taken care of and there is still moaning go on in the back room. After 15 minutes longer we left the office. I will never step foot back in there or recommend this place to anyone!!!"
