"Nurse Beth and NP Afron were great. Beth was the best at working with her 11-year-old patient who had an ear infection. Can't say enough about the professionalism, courtesies, and understanding of all at this Express Care site."

"Went in with my husband and my niece to get strep tested. When I called they say to come in. When we got there 30 min later they said the NP has reached her limit of patients for the day. Then today I was taking my niece to the walk in and she was rude and when getting my info she said oh you haven't been here before so no we don't have any openings then she hung up on me!! Very rude and unprofessional! Do not recommend going here."

"I would give this place a 1 star if they didn't find out what was wrong with my thyroid. I will give them a 2 star for this though: Been trying to get them as my primary care since January and they knew this because I would complain about my old doctor's office to them. But the main doctor tried to gaslight me and tell me that my leg swelling has gone down. (It hasn't) and she never helped with the pain because it's became difficult to walk for me. Then she started suggesting that I find an internal medicine doctor's office because they can't figure out what was wrong with me. Which I've been trying to find but i have very bad anxiety and I have a hard time trusting doctors. Well about 2 weeks ago, I ran out of my thyroid medicine and I really need that medicine to keep me stable and live without feeling sick all the time. I call to ask for a refill and a referral for an MRI on my legs since they were able to get me one for my back. I get told that "it's too much to handle" and that the doctor isn't taking any new patients right now even though I've been going there since January. I asked for if could I get a refill on my meds at least and they said no. Then they put me down because "they already told me to find an internal medicine doctor's office". Hung up the phone crying my eyes out because these were the same doctors that told me that they would help me no matter what because they knew how hard it was for me to get a doctor to listen to me. Only to basically make me feel unwelcome anymore. Now I don't even want to find a new doctor because now I feel like I'm just an annoyance to Healthcare workers since it's "too much to handle". So thank you Maynardville Express Care for letting me know that you don't care about your patients or your potential patients. Will never be coming back."

"Wonderful office with pleasant and helpful staff. The wait wasn’t too long and the nurse listened to what I had to say and was willing to work with our goals for care. I also love that the pharmacy is attached and easy to get prescriptions in a one stop shop."
