"The lady that did my hair was very sweet but she had no idea what she was doing and instead was getting instructions from another worker. I had asked to get my roots redone and they only bleached half of them creating a really weird mix on top. Also, they didn’t do a test strand causing a part of my hair on top to fall off. I had not notice this in the moment otherwise I would have complained. Instead it was hidden in the styling and I only noticed once I got home and took pictures of my hair. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, apart from the lady. They created a hostile environment and made me want to leave as soon as possible. Overall, it wasn’t worth what I paid. The experience and the work were both unfortunate."

They even washed it and blew it out for me. Decent price, $50 for the whole thing. Will definitely be coming back when I want to do something else to my hair.
