"I had a great visit last week with Courtney and Heather. The visit was quick and all of my questions were answered. They were able to give me medications directly in the clinic to help me immediately. Thankful to have a great walk in clinic nearby for my family."
"Went here because I have been sick with what I suspected was a sinus infection. I was there for over 2 hours. They tested me for strep, flu, and Covid. All of which were negative. I had been sick for months. They gave me a steroid shot, told me to take Mucinex. Made me pay $40 sent me on my way. 2 days later, I went to a different doctor, where I was informed I have sinus infection; bronchitis/upper respiratory, as well as an ear infection(very sick) so for that I do not appreciate the way things are handled here."
"I went there yesterday for a bladder infection. The receptionist at the from desk has a bad attitude. They used to be good when they first opened but the staff has changed to where they all suck. 3 people ahead of me so I had to wait 1hr. Then another hour to be seen which took about 5 minutes. The red haired nurse practitioner was non caring and wouldn't give me what I usually always get for my problem. Which I know it's for bladder infection she argued it wasn't. Don't like the people there now. If they don't change the staff there it will close."
"Visited because my pediatrician wasn't in her office for the day and my son needed ear pain checked. Like all walk-in care places if they're busy you're going to wait. Call ahead for the wait time, especially near the end of the day. We went in on a Thursday around 10am and no other patients were waiting. Answered some questions and then we were brought to a room with a nurse without ever stepping into the waiting area. Everyone was helpful and kind. I knew ahead of time they accepted my insurance because it was listed on their website. No new patient fee was charged. I just paid my copay. Overall, very happy with our experience!"
