"Worst pain clinic ever. They are just like drug pushers. They deal in volume and loosing 6 or 8 people every couple of months is nothing to their overall Extreme Income. They advertise well! I'm a 51 year old retired veteran, with over 30 years of service to my country. I have had 34 surgeries from my time in the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. I've been seen, here, for the past 4 years. What did I do wrong: I couldn't pay them anymore money. Tricare pays minimum. So, they invented ways to get rid of me. It worked. They lied stating my surgeon didn't report my medication after my surgeries, so it's my fault, even though there were vebal and written records that state otherwise. They called in for a pill count, for the first time since I started with them over 4 years ago, after they KNEW I was on vacation in another country. Europe isn't a 6 hour drive. The one that really gets me is "Failed to bring in bottle" after they do a urinalysis."

"I am reviewing this for my 77 year old Father. He was in Vietnam, lost an eye, spent 6 months in a hospital, has so many medical problems and said out of all the doctors he has seen in his life he has never been treated more inhumane than here. A Dr. Stone, after he was hit by an 18 wheeler on the interstate examined his neck by pushing down as hard as he could and twisting it. This left my father James in extreme pain and he screamed stop and he just walked out saying nothing. My dad is forgetful and would keep some meds beside his bed and if he forgot to add to his count he would say I'm sorry, I can run and grab them, to which they would reply you could by them off the street for all we know. I told dad to come here bc I was enrolled to go to school to be a Nurse practitioner with a dear friend a d she worked at a different pain clinic. I apologize for sending my fatherchete to him all the time because I am his advocate."

"Understanding and helpful with my pain.the people are very nice and professional. Keep any emergency care papers to show in case you go to emergency room. Medications at the emergency room could cause a failed test on your drug test.but they are good."
