"My entire experience with Dr. Kenny Williams was very professional & pleasant. My concerns regarding 2 broken teeth, as well as a more immediate problem regarding a reoccurring tooth & gum infection with intense pain, were all addressed. His staff scheduled me an appointment as a New Patient, and worked me into their very busy calendar, despite being the end of the year, during the holiday week prior to Christmas. I was treated with courtesy, understanding & kindness. This is the ONLY dental practice that I actually looked forward to attending my upcoming appointments. I felt very confident that I was given a clear course of options, with the best treatment plan, to achieve my oral health & wellness. Regarding one particular tooth, Dr. Williams felt I required an endodontist. He recommended Dr. Mona Adams. His staff contacted Dr. Adams on my behalf. They stressed the urgency of my situation & arranged my appointment for me. My very NEW dental insurance plan was a bit of a mystery to me, so navigating the policy benefits was a challenge. I was told exactly what was covered, and it was clearly explained my what my personal monetary responsibilities were. I left Dr. Williams' office with my upcoming appointments, as well as my urgent appointment with Dr. Adams, secured. My relief & gratitude has been immense. I then returned to Dr. Williams' office the following Monday & began the first step in my treatment plan. I felt immediate pain relief. I am looking forward to my future dental wellness for the first time in many years. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his professional support team. Dr. Williams has a wonderful, highly trained staff. His beautifully appointed offices have an inviting atmosphere and it is a state of the art, well equipped facility.
