"Dental problems have always been a concern for me. I've spent countless hours in the dentist chair in my 50 plus years of dental visits and I found Poway Dental Arts to be excellent at caring for my needs from crowns, bridges, cavities and implants. I'm hard to get in the office for cleanings but I do get them and they do save in the long run. With only 7 natural teeth left in my mouth and all others replaced in a variety of ways by a whole host of other dental offices -I would definitely recommend their office over the others I've been to to anyone who wants to get great care by friendly and competent professionals. "Kristina is the best hygienist and Dr. Rich is such an amazing dentist. The receptionist and billing specialists are also phenomenal. Their assistants are very kind as well. I’ve been coming here for 6+ years and I went from having very bad periodontal disease to now having perfect teeth. Kristina is so awesome she explains everything she is doing and does everything in her power to reduce any pain or discomfort. I never thought I’d love going to the dentist, but I enjoy seeing Kristina and working with her 4 times a year. We are doing so well with my teeth that now I can go 3 times a year for periodontal maintenance. I also haven’t had a cavity in years now. Kristina is great because she always is ok with answering my questions - even basic questions such as how to brush and floss, she doesn’t mind reminding me. She also points out problem areas for me to work on (such as back of molars and in the back of the front teeth). I am also thinking of doing in house Invisalign with them as well to help close any gaps between my teeth. Overall, I recommend this dentist to everyone and anyone who is looking for a dentist.
