"I called thru a list of Dentists this Friday November 8th at noon..I was in extreme tooth pain. The soonest I could get an appointment from that list was November 19. Until I called Dr.Palaganas. I told them I was in pain, they said come right now. The Doc was there dealing with another emergency. I asked if they took Medi-cal they assured me they did.. I got to the office, which was tucked back in a strip mall that has seen better days, but dont let that scare you off. The service I recieved was amazing. First of all, In the last 3 years I have been to about 5 different dental offices that all have been unable to help me, I need 3 root canals and 2 extractions, i also need reconstructive work done. Nobody has helped me over the last several years. Ive lived with an incredible ammount of unhealthy teeth and pain. The Dr apologized for making me wait. Which I was surprised because I was so thankful to be there I would have waited all day. But yeah- they took xrays, extracted my painful tooth and went over a treatmemt plan with me that will work with my insurance and it was wonderful. I was terrified for the extraction,the Dr.talked me through it, told me it was normal to feel that way and told me to "just breathe". He also turned on a movie for me to make me laugh " Nacho Libre" All in all It was a great experience. It was over quick..I felt that I was in very competant hands, and Im so happy that fate brought me to this office.. The Dr. Was wonderful..and the office staff was so nice and helpful as well. I finally got something accomplished at a dentist office. I left my tooth extraction in a very good mood! Thank you Dr. Palaganas and staff!!"
