"I love my apartment at The Woodlands at Capital Way. My son and I have been here for over a year and have enjoyed it. The leasing manager is very friendly and helpful and always willing to answer any questions I have at any time. Also, the maintenance guys are the most helpful in any way they can. I highly recommend this as your next home."

"Back in April I was looking for apartments to move to and the Woodlands looked perfect. I was told that a 2 bed 1 bath would be available soon and that I should go ahead and apply and was also told they'd hold it for me and I was put on a wait list. Fast forward several months and I never heard anything back from them, my deposit and 350 application fees are gone, and then I got a message encouraging me to get on their wait list...months after I applied and was told I already was! I've called the office multiple times since but since they never return my calls, I decided I would review their poor ethics and failure to return calls to a person who already applied and spent money just to never hear back. I always heard great things about this apartment complex, but from my experience they are very unprofessional and now I'm out 350 dollars for an apartment I was promised by an employee. Tag on the 1100 I had as the first month deposit."

"A great place to live. I just moved in a couple of weeks ago. Alex in the office is so nice and personable. She made my experience so wonderful. I didn't want to move from Cross Creek, but the new owners increased the rent by $400 a month. I wasn't sure what to expect here but have been so pleasantly surprised. My AC went out. The maintenance man was knocking on my door within minutes! I couldn't believe it. He was so nice and professional. He got it fixed right away. I love it here and plan to be here a long, long time."

"We have lived at the Woodlands for almost 2 months and we really love it here! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! The ladies in the office, Alex and Dana, are the sweetest ladies and so personable! They have answered any questions we’ve had and they’ve been so helpful and patient with our many questions. They are pet friendly and love your babies as much as you do.! Jimmy in maintenance is so friendly and always has a smile on his face. The grounds are so well kept and clean! They really take care of the complex and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The apartments are very well maintained, clean and updated on the inside. There are plenty of places to take your dogs walking and there is a large fenced in dog park for your dogs! I am happy to call the Woodlands home and the staff make this possible! Don’t hesitate to call them if you’re looking for a great place to live!"

"The Woodlands is a beautiful facility from the apartment complexes, to the leasing office and all of the amenities! The moving in process was made easy thanks to Alex, I know we called her and asked questions about once a week but she was always so friendly and helpful! I love how big the fenced in dog park is, my dog has plenty of room to roam around and play. We have had some instances when we needed maintenance but Jimmy gets it done right away and is always so nice. So far we have had a great experience at The Woodlands and would recommend them to any of my friends and family!"
