"Don’t go there they are awful.. The reason I came to Forum Dental was that it took my insurance. They make you think that being you get free cleaning they take your insurance - not so. They charged more than double $748.00 to add a new cap that had come off. 10 minutes in the chair and they refused to use my insurance that should have been $290.00. When I brought that to their attention they were rude and argued that we longer take insurance. They are obligated to let customers know in a letter they no longer take insurance, they never notified me. I thought I had insurance - I pay for it monthly and want to use it but this dentist Tania Nguyen and her awful office help is lying to patients and they cannot get away with this, they give you a lousy free teeth cleaning making you believe that they use my insurance. They are not being honest!"

"I had a dental crown put in by Dr. Nguyen two years ago, and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the crown. Recently, it broke in half while I was eating, and when I went back to the office to have it fixed, I was shocked by Dr. Nguyen's unwillingness to fix the crown, but she also made me feel like I was bothering him by bringing up my concerns. I was left feeling frustrated and like my concerns had been ignored. The office was a low-budget dental office, and I believe that the crown was not made with the highest quality materials, which is why it broke so soon. When I expressed my frustration with the situation, the staff was not at all helpful or sympathetic. They did not offer any solutions or options for fixing the crown and seemed uninterested in helping me. The poor quality of the crown and the lack of support from the staff has left me feeling frustrated and like my concerns have been ignored. I would not recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work."

"I was very happy with the service and care I received with Dr. Ngugen! I am very apprehensive about dental care and have a lot of anxiety and fear about it. They made me feel comfortable and gave me plenty of Novocaine so I did not feel a thing. I was in the chair for 3 hours and they were very considerate of me and my feelings. I highly recommend!"

"Apparently this practice changed hands as it appears now to be a sole practionership run by Dr. Tania Nguyen. I'm 58 and have been through the dental mill, and I have found Dr. Nguyen to be a capable dental practitioner, very fairly priced, hard working, and excellent at spending time with patients to explain their needs. The facility is current, from the new decor, to the TV and Netflix films you can watch to distract yourself. She's very patient to ensure your comfort. Thus far, I have been very impressed and am very comfortable recommending her. And this goes as well for all support staff I've dealt with."
