"I was very much wanting to change physician's to Family Health Care, as I had heard such good things about them. I had an appointment for March, but something unexpected came up and I had to cancel. Another appointment was made, but the office had to cancel for personal matters, which was fine. They called me and made another appointment, which I thought was today, but when I got to the Dr. office the appointment was actually Monday. It was an honest mistake on my part but since I have had two appointments one of which I cancelled and the other was an honest mistake. They will no longer book me. I don't think this was right, but whatever the case, they aren't the practice I thought. I'm 72 years old, so yea being forgetful comes with the territory."
