"The services provided are great, and the staff friendly. However, as is typical with these nail salons it seems, they are understaffed and overbook appts. My wife had an appt for a nail fill and a pedicure at 1pm. We walked out at 4:30pm! 3 and 1/2 hours because she waited to start, waited in between and even during her nails 3 different people did the work and kept coming and going... it's crazy!"

"I enjoyed Dons personality (nail specialist) However she did nothing to my cuticles before working on them and also was rushing with the tools resulting in cuts on my pinky and dryness of the cuticles. I felt like she was trying to get done way too fast and messed up a few times on the shape. Won't be going back"
