"My husband went in there with curly hair, and he came out practically bald. I would never recommend this place. This is not the first time we had a bad experience there. Unless you’re getting a very basic basic haircut (like a buzz), I would not go. My husband always gets a low fade with a little off the top, today he asked for it to be a little bit shorter than what he normally gets (trim the top) and instead of doing that they straight buzzed him completely! The so-called fade was a straight line across the back of his head. And he has bald patches where it should be on the sides."

"Bottom line: they don’t care about what you want, they just want to get as many haircuts as they can done. I went in to get a taper cut for my son. The guy at the front told me to go to the Second Lady in the back right. I asked him, is she good and can she do a taper. He said yes, which was a lie. I also asked this lady if she felt comfortable doing a low taper. She said yes. My son walked out ready to cry because she cut off inch off of his hair instead of a low taper. I spent $30 on a cut my son hated and was so embarrassed to go to school."

"Although the Service had been quick I was not happy on the amount I had to pay for a 5 minute haircut, was definitely not worth the 23 dollars I had to pay. I walked out upset and ripped off. My buddy even mentioned I had lines in my hair. To any military members i highly advise to stay away and don't think twice to not tip. I have been to places where they will take their sweet time to give you the perfect haircut on top of giving you a massage and not take tips."

"Student barber should not be cutting hair. Greedy of the owner to even put him out there for customers at this point. Awful job cutting the top of my hair too. Was just clipping his scissors aimlessly. Didn’t know what he was doing."

"Y’all gave my husband a hack job! I can’t even believe how poorly this was done. Unbelievably bad, whoever did this should lose their barber license. This place has been good on and off but the last 2 haircuts he’s gotten have been absolutely unacceptable. Edit to add: the manager max has fixed the haircut and offered a refund. Thank you for taking the time to make this right."
