In response to all your negative denials of all negative reviews shows you take NO responsibility for any mistakes made by you. Don't you agree??"

"Had a great visit with Dr. Williams and was looking forward to him helping me through my health care situation. Unfortunately his office staff has been terrible. I had several test he requested for me to complete, on the day of my appointment my son woke up ill. I called the office immediately letting them know I would be unable to make my appointments. I later in the day started receiving messages that I was being charged for a missed appointment. I then called the office back and they said only one of my appointments was canceled and I would have to pay a no show fee. I made the office staff aware of my situation and told them I had a doctors note showing I had to take my son to the doctors. I was told not to worry about it and to bring the note on my next visit. As the day went on I continued to receive messages, so I called back to speak to the office manager to make sure I would not be billed. I was disconnected, put on hold for extended periods of time, transferred to voicemails that did not allow messages. I tried again the next day, as I still continued to receive messages of a bill due to no show, and had the same experience. I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to Dr. Williams helping me with my medical situation. I have forwarded this issue to my insurance Patient Advocate. I would not recommend this ENT."
