"They didn’t answer the phone, but decided to go anyway. When I walked through the door I was not greeted or looked at by a single person. I waited for 20 minutes before walking out after not hearing a single word from anyone (no inquiry on what I needed done, nor an estimated wait time). Making potential customers like they don’t exist is not how a business should be run."

"Called yesterday to make an appointment over the phone service was great once I arrived I was taken in and my nail tech (her name is MIMI) rushed my entire process from doing my simple dip powder gel no fake nail included she didnt file my nails correctly or at all then my toes were EVEN MORE RUSHED. she literally used 3 different polishes none of which I choose then when I paid one of my nails needed fixing and she turned around and mentioned "GEL" to her coworkers which I did not get ,so I took to offense I still paid my tech but I'll be taking my recommendation and people elsewhere. They employees talk about the costumers here"
