"I walked in at 9:10 AM and I asked if they can do a dip hombre as my nails have at that moment they said yes and they start working on my nails and he asked me if I need to remove the cuticle for five dollars. I said yes in the middle of the procedure they start talking to each other person was working on my nails, he took another customer and another person start working on my nails again. And after two coding of dip, I asked him what he’s doing I asked for ombré design he told me oh, we don’t do it, and he asked me to pay five dollars for cuticle and I told him you should’ve told me that before you touch my nails they have attitude about it and still I paid five dollars they supposed to communicate they told me he doesn’t understand English the one who works there well, if he doesn’t understand English he’s not supposed to be in a customer service"

"We (party of 3) made an appointment same day, they were kind enough to accept us last minute. We were 4 mins late and they did take a long while to get us in (15 mins wait for 1, 25 min for 2, then lastly me the 3rd one was finally seen after about 40 mins wait). They were understaffed and reason for taking awhile plus the people they were working on kept adding things last minute. They did a great job on all of our nails and the design on mine is adorable with a hint of festive for the holidays. I would definitely recommend and return just with hopes of them having enough staff."
