"Don’t recommend. I was denied twice for mess with the crown by previous dentist. Changed to this office with hope to fix. This office sent my xray to medical dental and was denied. I called to insurance and they told that this is not my job to call and ask about approval, this is a dentist’s office job. I called to Dr Patel office and asked to send my exray by mail, not email or app to insurance. Front desk lady told me they will not send by mail, because they always send electronically. When I told her that I need to fix my tooth very soon due to my pain and told that if they will not send by mail my exray to get approved, I will change this dentist. Front desk told me “go ahead”. I will make a complaint. Enough is enough. I want to reply now to Dr Patel on your answer: I called to insurance Medical dental. They told me that your office should send by mail, not electronically my exray, because your assistant sent my exray and Medical Dental dental CAN’T see. When I called to your office, your front desk told that nobody will send by mail xray to insurance medical dental and your front desk told me “go ahead to go to different dental office”. I will make a complaint. Bye"

"I was there today for a regular check-up and because of the raining and traffic i was there 5 minutes late. Which i informed them of that i would not make it on time then i try to check in but they tell me i can’t be late even though when i go i have to wait for more then an hour. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They preach about there customer service and caring about the welfare of the patient which is COMPLETELY NOT TRUE! Do not recommend after going for 5 YEARS!"
