"I was Very Satisfied! The Staff was Very Friendly and Professional! Since I'm not good with locations and directions, They even helped Me find the site right to the door step! I felt secure and right at Home!"

"So went in for a physical and drug screen. I advised Dr that I had taken pain meds and that it would show in my system. I also advised that I did have a prescription. Dr told me that if I brought in letter stating that I could return to work from my Dr he would give me a 1yr med card instead of the three month card. Had my Dr send in letter next day and was told I would have to wait until the three month card expired. I told the young lady that the Dr told me to have it sent. She said "well that wasn't what he meant". So I asked if I had to wait three months why would I have the letter faxed the next day if the Dr didn't tell me to? I would advised anyone who needs a drug test to steer clear of this place for they haven't a clue what they are doing."

"It was clean, the bathrooms were clean and stocked, the front desk receptionist and others in the front were extremely kind, helpful, and patient. However, the person doing my exam, not the actual doctor, had something going on that day and probably should have called off to deal with it. At times she was rude. She assumed I should know things with no precursors as to why, and I felt like she set me up for failure. For instance.. last time I took a drug test was in the Army over 10 years ago. How am I supposed to know not to wash my hands when it is posted everywhere to wash your hands and her only instructions were to not flush the toilet? Also, someone was drilling while I was taking the hearing test. I had a scheduled appointment, they knew I would be taking this test so why wasn’t the workers told to not use power tools during this small block of time? Finally, during the color blind test, she had the cards at an angle away from me. They should have been flat in front of me. When I asked a question, she let out a noticeably irritated sigh and said I need to pick something cause she can’t help me and I need to do it quick! At that point, I was just done! I have a masters degree and was a medic in the military yet the attitude she gave was if she felt I was wasting her time and was a career criminal that had no business coming into that establishment. Personally, I felt I failed everything after our interaction. The doctor was much nicer. But my impression of that business will always be tainted by the time I spent with the tech."

"Super-friendly receptionists and staff, and the tiny lobby prevents a huge crowd, but a routine blood draw caused my blood to pour out of my arm toward my wrist instead of being properly collected. The worker was able to stanch the bleeding, and their superior was able to properly complete the procedure (she was a wonderfully kind person, and I'd give her five stars), but if you're needing blood tests done, I'd recommend going elsewhere. At least they have snacks, ice packs, and drinks, since I felt like I was both going to throw up and pass out. Those definitely helped, and I got home safely."
