"Came in without an appointment at 10:30 am for regular manicure and pedicure. Got serviced after 15 minutes, and was done at 12:45 pm. I noticed that even the people who came in with an appointment had to wait. As with other spa, they still work on first-come-first-serve basis. Just don’t go on busy hours. Even with an appointment. The lady was very gentle and diligent even as the spa started getting busy. I only got a regular mani and pedi but the work is clean. Those who felt like the workers are just taking their sweet time, I think if they were the ones being serviced, they wouldn’t have wanted it to be rushed either."
"Kathi did my nails and I am in LOVE with them!! This place was very clean and the employees were so nice and welcoming. First time coming here and I will definitely be coming back."
