"Not happy with the false advertising. Went with my friend for pedicures and chose the Pedicure Extra which on their website it is priced at $27. When it was time to pay, the cashier charged $35. I asked why does it say $27 and she acted as if it wasn't true. A nice business would've honored the pedicures at $27 each and then hurried to edit their website to avoid any future confusions. Want to go back to take my two littles but not looking forward to being charged differently than advertised."

"I took my daughters here for manicures and to get myself a full set. I haven’t worn acrylics in over a year, maybe longer and had healthy natural nails when I arrived. These nail techs were so rough with my daughters, first of all. Put the alcohol right on one of my daughter’s scrape she had on her knuckle. Accidentally cut my 6 years old’s cuticle area and also my 9 years old’s fingertip until she bled. We were seated separately so I didn’t know this until we left! As for mine, I asked for a short set which cost over $80. I explained I needed them short as I have contact lenses. She proceeded to make them very long and sharp anyway. The tech was in such a hurry. I arrived about an hour to an hour and a half before closing time. I said if they didn’t have time we could come back. The shop was almost empty so they said it was no problem, they could take us. Obviously this wasn’t the case as each tech seem to be in a huge hurry. The tech when cutting my nail, kept snipping my skin on the tips of my fingers and when I would ask her to slow down or I would pull my finger back slightly to avoid this she noticed and laughed, and said “you’re scared!” Then laughed again. She drilled my natural nail down so roughly and so much that they are extremely thin and hurt now even after the fact. My thumb nails are ridiculously long even though she said when I asked her to shorten them, she would file them, which she did not. Now I am out the money and will still have to go to another salon to fix this faulty nail job. Please do not go here. They are not professional. At least from my experience, they were in a rush to just get us in and out of there and collect $200."

"I came to Downey to visit my sister in Corona. We found this place and walked in. We didn't have appointments but they took us in. I got white stiletto acrylic nails, two separate ladies worked on my nails. I didn't have an appointment, so the first lady had to go to assist her appointment. She let me know someone else would help me. My nails came out great. Love the place, super clean!"

"I been a client to this salon over a year now they had a new nail tech who did my nails and he did a very obvious wrong job i asked for a design and he didn’t told me he doesn’t know to do it he just did what he wanted and also my nail fall out after 3 days only! I contacted the manager and she told me to go and she would have someone to fix them for me for free and after that they mistreated me Told me to never come back and to look for a new nail salon what kind of service is that? I won’t come back to a salon that treats clients like this when is their fault that did something wrong and different then what i asked and i still pay also My sister went with this guy and her nails fell out a week later The first pic is what i told him to do and also the text she send me after i left the salon today after they fixed my nails"

"First time visiting and I'm happy I did! Received a pedicure from Kelly and a fill from Julie. I was not disappointed. I was a walk in without an appointment so the wait was a little long. They were busy with a full house on a Monday, which to me was a great sign. I will definitely be returning."
