"Asked for two pedicures and a full set with gel, we sat down and they said ok, after a minute they said they don’t have time even though they closed at 6 and it was barely 3:45 with no one else waiting."
"The business owner is extremely rude, prideful, and defensive. Her employees gossiped about other customers and kept trying to upsell me nail dip powder because it cost more. After a couple of attempts, another manicurist came over and questioned why I do not want to try the nail dip powder. Further, the owner sent me a message on Yelp, telling me that my review was not true. First, she was not there so she cannot say it was not true. Second, even if she were there, she would defend her employees and cover up their wrongdoings. Third, her employees would deny any wrongdoings because they do not want to lose their jobs or get in trouble. Fourth, I have no reason or incentive to "lie" or exaggerate my personal experiences. Also, I did not misunderstood the employees. I do not respect people who hustle and push you for more money."
