"SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL & GREEDY! Made an appt w/ Karen & she made me wait for over 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appt. The salon has my phone number & could of called to tell me she was running late. What's worse is, at the end of my appt she tried to charge me an extra $5 for nothing. I asked why the cost was more than my last fill & she gave 4 different excuses. First, she said my nail was broken [it wasn't], then she said my nail was crooked & she had to fix it [she filed it, the same amount as ALL my other nails], then she said because of my nail length & I honestly don't remember the last excuse because it was all just bs. She NEVER once said there was an additional charge for longer nails & this was my third appt w/ her. So inconsistent & unsettling! Will never go back nor give my money to a salon that allows their employees to treat their customers so poorly."
"Jessica and Karen treated us wonderfully. The hot stone pedicure massage is great. They are gentle. I am always somewhat ticklish and sensitive. Everything was perfect. You sit outside right by Lake Mission Viejo. So happy I found this spot."
"I had an appointment for a manicure with gel. The lady recommended the dip powder. Without cleaning my nails or anything, she started dipping my nails into the powder! What happened to manicure??? Then I asked and she said manicure was extra...so $40 for polish only. Then $5 for gel removal and $5 for short manicure. They barely trimmed my toenails either. Dont recommend."
"I've been getting my mani/pedi & eyebrows done there for 4+ years. Much better than other noisy nail salons, very peaceful & great service. Even my husband feels comfortable coming in with me occasionally."
